Ideal candidate

  • Able to troubleshoot, interpret information and find solutions to difficult problems;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • At least 1 year experience in customer support
  • Able to operate in a high pressured environment;
  • Fluent in Spanish;
  • Previous experience in a customer support field would be a significant advantage.
